Peach Booty Plan is a very popular brand with high-quality exercise equipment and online home workout programs. They exploded in 2020 with the scaling expertise of the WeScale team.

Meet Eva and Nik, professional fitness trainers on a mission to inspire women from all age groups to live healthy and active lives. Their entrepreneurial story started in January 2019. With newly established online shop and first advertising campaigns the great potential of the brand was unveiled.

Key Lesson #1

Growth in eCommerce is not a sprint; it is a marathon.

Engineering a sustainable growth model is a baseline for successful scaling. Our goal was to prepare a sales funnel and frame that would withstand the weight of more significant cash investments and support the continued growth of the Peach Booty Plan brand. And such growth is only possible if all the steps within the sales funnel work in synergy with each other.

Key Lesson #2

The faster you experiment and optimize, the quicker you will grow.

We used Facebook and Instagram as the primary channels for gaining new customers, we set up segmented retargeting and in the first 4 months, we placed a little over 800 different ads. We also started building additional sales and retention channels, where email marketing, influencers, and a strong Facebook community played a vital role.

Innovate and always be one step ahead of the competition.

At WeScale we were still looking for new ways to grow the brand through the launch of new products and new markets. In close cooperation with the client, we launched online home workout programs and also entered 4 new markets.
